Terms & Conditions
Your reservation can be made by e-mail or through the phone numbers on the contact page. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Pre-booking of any accommodation will be kept for a maximum of 3 days., after which, and if not carried out and confirmed the payment of the deposit, the reservation will be immediately cancelled. After receiving the payment and confirmation of the deposit, we will issue a written confirmation by e-mail. The balance of the reservation is due on or before arrival.For reservations made less than 48 hours notice, we request full payment upon arrival.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in times are usually 3pm to 6pm and check-out times 10am on the day of departure. If you want to check in or check out the accommodation outside these hours, please contact us to confirm availability and to make arrangements.

OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy of each accommodation can not be exceeded without our prior consent.

CANCELLATION ACTION
Should you wish to cancel your accommodation booking, once it has been confirmed, you must do so by e-mail. Deposit is non refundable, unless we are able to still rent it to other guests.

BOOKING AMENDMENT
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will Endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If for any reason of force majeure we are unable to provide the property booked, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of this happening we will replace it by an alternative accommodation of no less value and in agreement with the client. However, if this new proposal does not please the customer, we’ll refund the deposit paid

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
We will not be liable for any injury, illness, death or consequent losses suffered by you or any member of your group. We will bear no responsibility for any damages or inconvenience arising from building or other works or activities occurring on or adjacent to any properties occupied by clients. If there are maintenance problems or minor malfunctions, we will do our best to rectify any situation; however, we will have no legal obligation to do so. We regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by damage and losses resulting from force majeure.

SAFETY
It is your responsibility to ensure safety and care of the members of your group, therefore, we advise you to take all reasonable precautions whilst on holiday. We ask you to familiarize yourself with the fire safety equipment within the accommodation and location of exit doors. Please make sure that children are always supervised during the holiday. Parents have full responsibility for their children actions at all times. If you have any concerns with the safety of your accommodation, please let us know and we’ll do our best to solve your requirement.

WEBSITE
The information featured on the website is posted in good faith and updated regularly. However, we can not guarantee the accuracy on the information on it. We encourage you to contact us if you are in any doubt or if you have any queries. If there is any error in the price of the accommodation, the price mentioned in the confirmation e-mail will prevail.

CONTRACT
These terms and conditions form the contract between you and us. The booking conditions above seek to explain as clearly as possible the responsibilities undertaken by both of us when you make and we accept a booking.
